Tyler Cohen Wood is a globally recognized technologist with over 21 years of technical experience, including 13 with the Department of Defense (DoD). She is a member of several advisory boards, including the Global Cybersecurity Association and the EC-Council Incident Handlers global board.
As Co-Founder of Dark Cryptonite, Tyler is at the forefront of developing groundbreaking U.S. patent-pending technology designed to protect data from cyber terrorism and information warfare. Dark Cryptonite aims to be the world's first 'All Digital Bunker,' employing advanced blockchain algorithms and zero trust models.
Tyler is also the Founder and CEO of MyConnectedHealth Inc., a global healthcare platform that integrates AI and ML with secure patient data to enhance disease diagnosis and treatment. She hosts “MyConnectedLife” on the Voice America network, discussing topics such as cybersecurity, health tech, and fintech.
Previously, Tyler served as the Director of the Cyber Risk Management group at AT&T, where she used her expertise to develop innovative solutions to counteract cyber threats. At the U.S. DIA, she was a Senior Intelligence Officer and Deputy Cyber Division Chief, where she developed technical cyber solutions, conducted cybersecurity training, and influenced critical cyber initiatives.
Tyler has been instrumental in developing interagency working groups and task forces to advance technical capabilities and cybersecurity awareness for U.S. Special Forces and intelligence operations. Her work has supported the White House, DoD, federal law enforcement, and the intelligence community in mitigating cyber threats.
A sought-after keynote speaker and author, Tyler is known for her insights into cyber threats and national security, receiving numerous accolades, including being named one of the Top 10 Cybersecurity Keynote Speakers by Onalytica in 2021, and recognized by Cybercrime Magazine and The Awards Magazine for her contributions to cybersecurity.
Tyler has spoken at major conferences such as RSA, Defcon/Blackhat, and the DoD Cybercrime Conference, and has appeared on prominent media platforms including Good Morning America, ABC World News, and Bloomberg. She is also the author of "Catching the Catfishers: Disarm the Online Pretenders, Predators, and Perpetrators Who Are Out to Ruin Your Life".

Shane O’Brien is the Chief Technology Officer, leading our team’s creation of multi-platform technology solutions, strategies and services for our customers and partners. He provides overall technical leadership for a number of projects and initiatives, working closely with Aqueduct’s leadership team to influence decisions regarding the organization’s s go-to market strategy.
Shane started his career enlisting early into the US Army at the age of 17, following 9/11. He is recognized for serving our country in missions during the Global War on Terrorism Campaign. While on assignment supporting the newly created TSA, he had a chance encounter with then CEO of Acronis, who offered him a start in IT following his time in the military. This is where his career journey in technology began.
Now with 18 years in tech, he has built and led multiple engineering teams and holds several technical certifications in the industry. Prior to joining Aqueduct, he was with World Wide Technology, where he began as a Cloud Architect, then becoming Regional Manager for their Sales Engineering teams, and finally moving into a Client Executive position. He joined Aqueduct in 2021 and is a vital part of the company’s executive leadership team, supporting the company’s technical vision and strategy, while leading the technical teams across Aqueduct’s practice areas.
Shane spends his free time with his wife and three young children, enjoying summer lake time in Vermont, and playing golf.

He is a Registered Practitioner with The Cyber AB, having achieved the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) for CMMC 2.0 Level 2. His expertise spans various frameworks, including NIST CSF 2.0 and NIST 800-53.
Dave is dedicated to helping organizations streamline compliance and build repeatable and scalable programs. When he's not solving compliance challenges, Dave enjoys spending time with his two daughters and relaxing on his boat in Rhode Island.

Lawrence Mackin holds a degree in International Relations from Boston University, where his initial interest in global affairs sparked a career path that eventually led him to the world of cybersecurity. His journey began at Fidelity Investments, conducting vendor security reviews. It was during this time that high-profile news stories about identity theft and data breaches piqued his interest in cybersecurity.
To further his expertise, Lawrence pursued a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity from the University of Dallas and subsequently earned his CISSP certification. His career trajectory continued as he became a Cyber Risk Analyst at the Options Clearing Corporation, gaining valuable experience in the financial industry.
In early 2019, Lawrence relocated back to the Boston area to join the Information Security team at Steward Health Care. During his tenure there, he expanded his skill set, particularly in Incident Response. Alongside his professional career, Lawrence also served two terms as a city councilor in his hometown, demonstrating his commitment to public service.
In July 2024, Lawrence joined Aqueduct Technologies, bringing his extensive cybersecurity knowledge and hands-on experience to the team.
